Who writes for Viyolens
Every article here carries a name. This is who they are.
Every article on Viyolens carries a byline. The name at the top of a piece is the contributor it is published under and the person answerable for what it says — not a house pen-name and not a department.
We should also be plain about how an article is made. Viyolens is research-led: a piece is built from manufacturer specifications, product manuals, published measurements, and what players and producers say about the gear. Research and drafting are done with substantial help from AI tools, and everything goes through a human editorial process before it is published and stays the responsibility of the name on it.
We do not take delivery of review units, and we do not test or measure gear ourselves. Where we describe how something performs, we are reporting what the maker states, what published measurements show, or what players and producers report — not our own results. If that distinction matters to a buying decision, check the current specification and price with the manufacturer or retailer before you spend anything.
All 41 of our contributors have a profile page on the Site. Each one carries a photograph, a written biography and the articles published under that name. Follow any byline to read that background before you decide how much weight to give a piece. A profile with nothing listed on it yet is normal: the page exists from the moment the account is made, and articles appear on it afterwards.
To reach a contributor, email contact@viyolens.com with their name in the subject line and we will pass your message on. Use the same address to flag an error in a piece, to add something we have missed, or to ask how a particular article was put together. If we have got something wrong, we will put it right on the page. Contributors do not publish personal contact details here, and we do not pass your message to anyone beyond the person it is meant for.
